Ahead of his first trip to India next month, Skrillex, the Grammy winning electro-dubstep sensation, talks about his music, collaborating with Justin Bieber and his side-swept hairstyle.

How excited are you about playing in India? 

So excited! My hands are extended fully. Can't wait to meet all my fans.

Are you aware of EDM's popularity in India? 

I am, actually. My socials go off so much in India and Bollywood is something I've been a fan of for a long time.Seeing guys like Yo Yo Honey Singh taking dubstep and making it Bollywood-influenced is really exciting.

Are there any Indian artistes that you'd like to collaborate with? 

I already shouted out, Honey Singh! But maybe I'll find some new artistes when I get to India and make a big hit.

What do you have in store for your Indian fans? 

I'm always a very spur-of-the-moment type of guy when it comes to what I want to play, so I'm sure I'm going to get influenced by my surroundings. That apart, I want to experience, eat, see and do as much as I can.
